This policy explains what Gold Minded Auto Sales ("we") collects through goldmindedautosales.com and related pages, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
- Information you type into our forms: name, mobile number, email or Instagram handle, the vehicle you're interested in, budget, trade-in details and messages.
- Whether you agreed to receive text messages, and when.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) records to run and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.
How we use it
- To answer your request, find vehicles for you, give you prices and schedule visits.
- To send text messages if you agreed to them. You can reply STOP at any time.
- To keep records the law requires, including advertising and first-response records we must keep for two years.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, form and messaging providers and spreadsheet tools, and only to provide those services, or when the law requires it.
Tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or allow third parties to track you across other websites. We don't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because the site doesn't track you in a way those signals control.

Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above and post the new version on this page.
